• If a product does not match its description, you may return it unused within 24 hours of receipt as your sole remedy.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
• Accepted Payment Methods upon Delivery:

  • Credit or Debit Card or American Express (via secure payment link)
  • Money transfer
  • POS machine (available in the showroom only)
• Taxes & Fees: Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Confirmation

• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not represent order acceptance.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

5. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged, within 24 hours of receipt.

Exchange Conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
• Items altered or repaired by unauthorized parties are non-exchangeable

How to Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

6. Return Policy

We do not offer returns. Products can only be exchanged within 24 hours if defective, and only if:

• All original components and packaging are preserved
• The item is in excellent condition
• No signs of use or external repair attempts are present

7. Warranty & Product Guarantee

Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, electrical issues, or physical breakage.

If a product is defective, the customer may request one of the following within 24 hours:

1. Exchange: For the same or an equivalent item
2. Repair: If feasible
3. Return is not allowed

Warranty Claims:
Contact customer support with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

8. User Responsibilities
